We want you to love everything you order from French Grey. If something isn't quite right, here's how we can help.

In Store

If you'd like to return an in-store purchase, we can offer a credit note or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Online Orders

We accept returns from online orders. Please inform us within 7 days of receiving your order and return it to us within 14 days of purchase, via Royal Mail 2nd Class, along with your paperwork to:

French Grey 3 Long Street Tetbury GL8 8AA

Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. A refund will be processed once we receive your return and may take 3–5 working days to appear on your account.
